Coaching Services
To ensure a collaborative approach, I like to meet with administrators and teacher leaders to determine the reality of learning across a campus. During our initial consultation, we will determine and analyze the root-cause of growth deficits, and we will work as a team to develop a plan of action. Below, you will find a list of services that are provided to approach your individualized goal.
Leadership Coaching
Many campuses are provided with instructional coaches who were once effective teachers; however, that doesn’t always translate to impactful coaching. I work collaboratively with instructional coaches, administrators, and coordinators to develop instructional leadership across campuses and districts. Through our work together, we will strengthen a positive culture of instructional coaching.
Instructional Coaching for Professional Learning Communities
Coaching cycles are one of the most impactful forms of professional learning. Through the use of film, feedback, and/or observations, we will generate a S.M.A.R.T. goal and develop a plan for success. I will work with PLCs to learn about strategies to tackle the goal, model strategies, provide immediate feedback, and track student data.

Building Professional Development
Depending on your district, campus, or PLC needs, I will build a one-hour, three-hour, or six-hour whole-group professional learning opportunity. We will pinpoint an area for growth, I will create a professional development session. To facilitate impactful learning, I will either coach your campus leaders to deliver the session, or I will personally deliver the professional development.
